60 minute Awareness Through Movement® Class.
Improve your kinesthetic sense for posture, alignment and balance. Enhance your core strength and flexibility through guided movement sequences that relate specifically to improving your movement and sports performance. These subtle movements help you move more freely, be more flexible and coordinated. This Neuromuscular Movement Training is based on the Feldenkrais Method®.
